I AM DOWN 5# IN 8 DAYS!!! And that is with me needing to rely on my better judgment for four days at the mercy of restaurant eating. I DID GOOD! My sugar is still hovering around 170 in the morning but I am not giving up. I am totally motivated and into the idea of starting the menu all from day one. My sugar will eventually balance out. ALSOOOO, adding the acidity of the lemon to my gut daily before anything else goes into my mouth has balanced the pH in my stomach. No more acid reflux! I realize your stomach produces more acid if you eat too much alkaline, but the lemon water is something that I really think is beneficial.
So glad I signed up! Please feel free to share my story!

Yes day 10 - I lost 7lb almost all the weight I had gained during the holidays! And my BS today was 138 - it has come down slowly, but it was running in the 170’s regularly.
Let Jimmy know loving his tips and have tried many of them. I am a licensed reflexologist and know some acupressure points as well. Have sure enjoyed his reels - thank you both for making this challenge doable and enjoyable and I’m going to keep going.
Your tips too, Christine have been helpful and interesting- challenging me to think things through - love that you point how different we are and at different stages. Very encouraging along the journey. Going for 10 more days! Thanks for the low cost as well…really helped to give it a try!

Yes! I am on day 10 and 4 pounds down...yay me! My main goal was to stop the regular soda addiction, then lose a few pounds and continue to eat right. I have not had a soda since 1/30/22 and I feel great w out all the bloating. I am excited to keep going...and I will!

I’ve lost at least 5 lbs,
I’ve lost 3 inches in my waist,
1.5 in my chest and
.5 in my hips.
I’m 63 and went into menopause 10 years ago, but still have hot flashes in the night. I’ve noticed that in the last couple of nights they seem to have stopped, or at least they’re not walking me up or chasing my little dog over to my husband’s side of the bed!
I’m also finally walking every day. I’ve been trying to walk regularly but life just got in the way. Since I’m hyperfocused on my health, it’s so easy to remember and make the time to do it!
I can’t thank you enough! My goal is to lose enough weight and change my diet such that I can stop taking prescription strength Prilosec for my EOE!

I have been going to bed earlier, sleeping and rising earlier— alert.
I’m less anxious about my food intake, because it’s already thought out.
I am more focused and have more time to devote to the things I enjoy like meditating and studying.
The acupuncture has been incredible, especially the one for digestion.
The intermittent fasting has been helpful. I’m not anxious when I get up to eat.
Stopping eating earlier has been a challenge however, I am not eating junk.
I am more excited and hopeful about establishing new habits to take into the years ahead.

I have RA and Osteo and have had 5 back surgeries, a new thumb joint, and a knee replacement last summer. I have had a GREAT week. I can eat the food easily and prep what I like following the recipes. I have energy and no joint pain. It's so bizarre that I had a small piece of pizza and an hour later my knuckles were itchy. This is Jane Harding from Flowery Branch, Georgia. Thanks so much for offering the Jump Start Weight Loss program.
I actually didn’t take advantage of the program, especially for weight loss. My aim was to hopefully learn how to eat better to help control my cholesterol and triglycerides.
I’ve been following Jimmy on Instagram for several months and have actually been doing some of his acupressure techniques. I’ve had good results with those and when he said he was teaming up with a nutritionist for this program, I was excited to be involved.
My “weigh in” will be in the morning so I’m not sure how much weight I may have lost, but I have noticed the following changes.
- I don’t feel bloated
- I haven’t had gas after eating a meal
- My skin looks better
- I seem to have more energy
- I’m not hungry between meals
I won’t know if my ultimate goal of lowering my cholesterol and triglycerides has been met until later in the year when I visit my doctor. However, I feel confident that I will be headed in the right direction with the information I’ve learned from this program.
I would like to suggest that you include the serving size and how many serving for each recipe. I really enjoyed the recipes and so did my family.

I have a background in massage therapy and recognized several of the acupuncture/acupressure points. ☺️
As for me now, I have felt "lighter". I lost 5 pounds officially and I feel less bloated. I definitely have a clearer head and really feel better.
