NO, all the suggested foods are available at most grocery stores that have great produce and a natural foods section.
NO, we just ask that you go Organic if possible during the 14 days as coffee and tea are heavily sprayed with pesticides.
YES, your supplements will be an enhancement to whatever program you are currently on.
We will be giving you a suggestion for a “green powder”, but that is optional.
MAYBE, your doctor will actually be astonished with the results of your blood sugar, BUT you and he or she may want to monitor your blood sugars during the 14 days as many Diabetics fine they have to DECREASE their Insulin.
YES, we give you ideas on how to choose off restaurant menus and stay within the guidelines.
