The benefits I'm experiencing with Jimmy and Chris as they show me how to reset my metabolism is priceless. I've been hovering on the line of needing to take insulin, I already take 2000mg of Metformin. The program is slowly, gently, ebbing my morning glucose numbers down! Before it was like a radical rubber ball spiking and diving, but not anymore. I've gone from scary numbers over 200, to now, 150 and dropping. I've also lost about 7 pounds and my 'bloaty gut' is gone, thanks to Chris and her recipes. By the way, crock pot beans are LIFE! So good!"

Well, now let’s see. I have lost 9 pounds which I definitely need to lose a lot more but that’s a good start. I’m not hungry. I’m eating very different than I normally did. I see my blood pressure has gone down considerably, normal almost every day or slightly elevated, which is a plus. Definitely sleeping longer through the night.
I do an intermittent fast nearly every day. So I did not do the full day fast, which is not something new to me. For about five days I had diarrhea. I don’t know if I caught a bug of some kind or if it was a result of the different eating style. I’m good now. And look forward to losing more with you.
I definitely enjoy all the acupressure videos that you do Jimmy. I do try them all. And I follow you on Instagram.

I've been sticking to the plan pretty religiously, utilizing the food list more than the weekly planner. Though I do use it as a guide. I try to stay to a low FODMAP diet, avoiding onions, garlic, lactose and beans, mostly. I wish I could say I like peppers and mushrooms, but I really don't.
I think I have had spinach or kale almost every day, and sometimes 2 x a day. and mix of other veggies and all the berries.
On the 10-day plan, I lost 5 pounds. These last 2 weeks, I have lost another 3 pounds. That's motivation enough to keep me going with this, though I really do miss bread, as I love to bake. I hope we can add sourdough back in at some point.
I do have a question/suggestion. I would be interested to know the dosage amounts for some of the supplements that you suggested. as you know, you go and look at the vitamins/supplements and they are all different dosages.
Also, I did the fast on Wednesday, first time I had ever done that. I had to do the bone broth, since I couldn't' find any pressed juice around that just had apple as the fruit. It would have been good to have some more information like, how much do we drink the broth, at what times, etc? I just had about 8 oz, 3 times, during regular meal times. I did survive, but ended up breaking down around the 22 hour mark and eating something.

A short email on feelings after two weeks.
I’m am feeling great. I sleep better, less bloated, everything tastes better, less cravings, I have eliminated my after dinner snacking. I have lost 9.2 lbs.
I did the fast, had the vegetable smoothie and a cup of bone broth. So I made the day.
I have got straight forward and easy to understand information from Chris and enjoy Jimmy’s humour and great acupuncture point tips.

I am truly enjoying this journey. Making adjustments to my food intake, utilizing the exercises and techniques both of you are providing. I have noticed that I am more rested and most significantly, the inflammation in my body is noticeably less and quite new to me. I am learning so much and applying it. It is a treasure trove of information, and I am doing my best to apply it. A few hiccups but I have managed to get back on tract. I have also, lost 5 lbs. Hip, Hip Hooray!
